1. Subject and scope
These rules set out the main conditions for requesting, providing, managing and using features connected with virtual cards and payment operations through the Hackera Rewards platform.
They supplement the platform's General terms and apply together with them, where the relevant service is active and available to the user.
2. Access to the service and approval of requests
Access to virtual card features depends on the availability of the service, the eligibility of the user, the applicable checks and the approval of the relevant payment provider.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a card will be issued or activated.
Hackera may carry out an initial review of requests and ask for the information needed for registration, eligibility checks, security and prevention of abuse.
Where issuing a card depends on the approval of an external provider, the final decision is made under that provider's applicable rules and procedures.
3. Issuing and managing virtual cards
Where the service is activated and the relevant card has been approved, the user may gain access to the available card management features through the platform or the provider's interface.
Depending on the supported features, this may include viewing status, temporary blocking, ending use of the card or other permitted actions.
The availability of these features depends on the technical implementation and the capabilities of the payment provider.
Hackera does not guarantee that a card will be issued, any specific approval time or uninterrupted availability of the service.
4. Using the cards
The user agrees to use the card only for lawful purposes and in line with the applicable terms of the issuer and the payment provider.
Actions involving fraud, illegal payments, bypassing checks, giving false information or using the card in breach of the applicable restrictions are prohibited.
The card may be declined, restricted, blocked or terminated by the competent provider in line with the applicable terms and legislation.
5. Payment operations and available funds
The ability to make payments, the applicable limits, currencies, fees and processing times depend on the specific service and the terms of the relevant provider.
Approval of a card request does not in itself mean that funds are available on the card or that all payment operations will be approved.
Payments may be declined, delayed or subject to additional checks because of technical reasons, restrictions, security checks or provider requirements.
All fees and pricing terms that apply to the user should be presented before the relevant obligation is taken on.
6. User responsibilities
The user must:
- provide accurate and current information;
- protect access to their profile and card;
- not give the card or access data to unauthorised persons;
- monitor operations and report suspicious activity promptly;
- use the service in line with the applicable legal and contractual restrictions;
- not try to bypass protection mechanisms or checks.
The user must not send full card data, security codes or passwords through unprotected channels.
7. Unauthorised or disputed operations
If an unauthorised operation, lost access or a compromised card is suspected, the user should immediately use the available blocking functions, where these are accessible, and contact the relevant payment provider and Hackera at support@hackera.online.
Reporting to Hackera does not replace the official procedure for disputing a payment with the issuer or provider.
The deadlines, evidence and procedure for reviewing disputes are determined by the applicable rules and legislation.
8. Restricting or ending access
Where fraud, a breach of the terms, a security risk or a requirement of a payment provider is reasonably suspected, Hackera may restrict access to platform features within its powers.
Actions to block, decline or terminate the card itself are carried out by the party that holds the relevant technical and contractual authority.
Restrictions are applied in compliance with mandatory legal requirements and the rights of users.
9. External providers
Some card and payment functions may be provided through external payment or technology providers, including Stripe, where the service is activated and approved.
The terms of the specific provider also apply to the relevant operations. Hackera cannot guarantee the decisions, processing times or uninterrupted operation of independent providers.
Hackera does not claim to be a payment card issuer or a licensed payment institution, unless this has been duly established for the specific service.
10. Changes to the service
Hackera may update the available features and these rules when services, technologies, provider terms or applicable legislation change.
Material changes are communicated in an appropriate way, where this is required by applicable law or the contractual relationship.

These rules are not a confirmation that card issuing features are activated. Actual provision of the service depends on technical readiness, the applicable contracts and the necessary approvals from the payment provider.
