Hackera Rewards describes potential promotional benefits, incentives and other offers that may be made available in connection with eligible Hackera products or services.
1. Nature of Rewards
Rewards may include promotional credits, discounts, cashback offers or other benefits, where expressly offered and supported by the applicable product terms.
The availability, form and value of any reward depend on the relevant offer, eligibility criteria, qualifying transactions and any additional conditions communicated at the time of the offer.
Unless expressly stated in the applicable offer terms, rewards are promotional benefits and do not constitute guaranteed income, investment returns, interest or a promise of financial gain.
2. Eligibility
Participation in a rewards programme may be subject to eligibility checks, account verification, geographic restrictions, transaction requirements and approval by the relevant service provider or licensed partner.

3. Calculation and Payment of Rewards

Transactions that are reversed, refunded, disputed, cancelled or otherwise excluded under the applicable offer terms may not qualify for rewards. Where permitted by law and the applicable terms, previously credited benefits may be adjusted or reversed.
No reward should be considered earned or payable unless the applicable eligibility and qualifying conditions have been satisfied.

Any reward amounts, percentages, savings figures or examples displayed on the Hackera website are illustrative only unless expressly identified as a binding offer with defined terms.
Actual benefits may differ depending on usage, transaction volume, eligibility, applicable limits and the terms agreed with the relevant provider.
5. Financial Services and Third-Party Providers
Where Hackera presents corporate cards, payment functionality, foreign exchange, payroll-related services or other financial products, the provision of those services may depend on separate agreements with third-party providers.
Card issuance, payment processing, custody of funds, foreign exchange and other regulated activities are provided only by the entity legally authorised to provide the relevant service, where applicable.
Hackera does not represent that it is a bank, electronic money institution, payment institution, card issuer or regulated financial services provider unless that status is expressly established and legally applicable.
Product availability, customer eligibility and approval remain subject to the relevant provider's requirements, contractual documentation and applicable law.
6. Changes, Suspension and Termination
Promotional offers may be time-limited and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn in accordance with their applicable terms and applicable law.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
7. Taxes
Customers are responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax reporting or payment obligations applicable to rewards received by them, except to the extent that the applicable law requires another party to account for such obligations.
